Meet Navi
Born and raised in Abbotsford, Navi understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of living in British Columbia. Navi obtained her dual bachelor degrees from the University of Manitoba, where she also learned how to survive the -40 degree weather.
In the past 15 years, she’s become an expert in helping families and matrimonial couples going through a divorce understand the court system process in family law. Now, she uses her hands-on experience to understand human behaviour, and being in stressful situations when helping clients with their homes. At Impact Realty, she’s the go-to resource for any client going through a divorce or those that need more hands-on support throughout the real estate process.
With her specialized knowledge and skills, combined with her empathy-led approach, Navi is always focused on the impact moving will have on her clients. Her attention to details (a superpower gained after becoming a mom to two incredible kids) has allowed clients alike to feel empowered, educated, feeling safe, valued, and most importantly, feeling heard.

Meet Tara
Tara Stannard joins the Impact Realty Team as a Residential Real Estate Advisor. After 13 years of working in healthcare, Tara felt the need to change her career to support her family. She brings her expertise in client relationships, an ability to adapt in high-pace situations and overall positivity. Tara was born and raised in Surrey and now raises her two children with her husband in Cloverdale. In her free time, she enjoys DIY projects, exploring the many parks and trails in the Fraser Valley and chasing after her two kids. As a mom, Tara understands you are not just buying a house, but a home for your family. She will take the utmost care to bring ease to your real estate journey.
